GRAPHIC:

Over the past three days in Baba Amr, Syria, over 30 have been killed and over 350 injured. This is a video from today, showing bodies scattered on the streets.

The man is screaming: “Where is the international community?! The martyrs are on the streets, and we cannot save them! Allahu akbar! Allahu akbar! Allahu Akbar!”

Heart-breaking.

When will Assad end his brutal and bloody crackdown, when will everyone wake up?

What hurts more than seeing people being killed and scattered like rodents?

Malcolm X is an inspiration.

madeinnablus:

After deciding he had been a “zombie” in his worship of Elijah Muhammad, Malcolm broke with the Nation of Islam. He made a pilgrimage to Mecca, found himself floored by all the civilized people he met, came back to the United States and announced it was wrong to hate anyone.

He was challenged at every point of his life, as a Christian, as a misguided Muslim, then ultimately - when he reached the true Islam, he was assassinated for it, by the very group he idealized initially

An inspiration that will never fade.

On this date at approximately 11:58 A.M. Overland Park Police officers responded to a report of a missing person in the area of the Kansas University Edwards Campus at 12600 Quivira Road. The missing person is Aisha Khan, a 19-year-old Asian female. She is a student at Johnson County Community College.

Aisha Khan was last seen wearing black sweat pants, yellow/black shirt, black scarf, black regular length jacket, and black/white long outer coat.

Apparently a man approached Aisha shortly before noon today and was harassing her. When her cousin went to where she said she was, she found Aisha’s belongings, including her cell phone, but she was no where to be found. Please please keep her in your duaas and prayers and avoid making assumptions besides what is currently known. If you know anyone that was on the KUE campus today please ask them if they saw her at all. Till then, please pray and share this picture of her.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the TIPS HOTLINE and 816-474-TIPS.

Unless your heart, your soul, and your whole being are behind every decision you make, the words from your mouth will be empty, and each action will be meaningless. Truth and confidence are the roots of happiness.
